This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

You wish to request a return within the allowed return window
To be eligible:
Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required
Note: Custom-programmed radios, software-activated features, or special-order equipment may not be eligible for return unless defective.
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Custom-programmed radios
Software licenses or activation keys
Batteries that have been used
Clearance or final-sale items
Earpieces worn or placed in the ear
Equipment modified or tampered with after delivery
If your order qualifies for a return:

Provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos or videos (if item is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, etc.) the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend returning items using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
We can ship a replacement unit once the defective item is returned
In certain cases, we may offer advance replacement for professional clients
If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped or programmed.
Once an order has been shipped or programming has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
