1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product is not functioning as advertised

  • You wish to request a return within the allowed return window

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

Note: Custom-programmed radios, software-activated features, or special-order equipment may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-programmed radios

  • Software licenses or activation keys

  • Batteries that have been used

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Earpieces worn or placed in the ear

  • Equipment modified or tampered with after delivery

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos (if item is damaged or defective)

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, etc.) the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend returning items using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds
